These terms govern your use of the website at goglycoeden.com. The site is published by Goglycoeden, the USA Authorized GlycoEden Retailer, from 580 Broadway, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10012. Returns are handled at a separate address, 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019. In these terms “we” and “our” mean Goglycoeden; “you” means the person reading the site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the remedy is immediate: stop using the site. There is no account to close.
The product and the seller are not the same name
The product is GlycoEden, sold under the Agoria brand mark printed on the label. The retail desk is Goglycoeden at goglycoeden.com. A product and a seller, not two names for one company — we say so because it looks like a typographical error until somebody explains it.
Anything about this website goes to [email protected], monday to friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm et. Anything about an order goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead, and the phone line is the route that is actually published.

This is an information website about a dietary supplement. Everything on it is general information for adults in the United States.
Not medical advice

Orders are placed somewhere else
You cannot buy anything on goglycoeden.com. There is no checkout, no basket and no payment page here.
Every order button leads to a marketplace checkout operated by a separate company. Your order is placed and fulfilled there, and that company’s terms, privacy policy, payment processing and dispute procedures apply to the transaction. Those terms are not these terms, are not ours to change, and we cannot waive them. Read them before you pay.
Prices and the money-back window
No pack price was supplied to us, so every price on this site reads “shown at checkout”. The figure you will actually be charged is printed on the marketplace listing, and that is the only place it appears. We would rather say that than estimate a number. The figure on the checkout at the moment of purchase governs, not anything on this site. The supplied pack says the guarantee is “as printed on the marketplace listing” and gives no number of days. The seller’s own review summary mentions a 60-day window, but no policy text states it, so we do not print it as fact. Read the window on the listing before you pay, and screenshot it with the date showing.
Refunds, returns, delivery
The published route is the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Returns go to 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019, with your full name, the order email and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
