This policy describes how Goglycoeden handles information in connection with the website at goglycoeden.com. Goglycoeden is the USA Authorized GlycoEden Retailer and publishes this site from 580 Broadway, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10012.
It covers this website and nothing else. It does not cover the marketplace checkout that orders are placed through, which is operated by a different company under its own privacy policy and its own terms. When you leave this site to order, you are on somebody else’s page and their policy applies there. Nor does it cover any other site we link to.
The short version, because most people do not want the long one: this site sells nothing directly, takes no payment, asks you to create no account and has no form on it that requires a name. It has a web server keeping ordinary request logs, a basic measurement of which pages are read, and an email address a person answers during published hours. Everything below is the detailed version of those three sentences.

Server logs
Like effectively every website, the server delivering these pages records the requests it receives: the internet protocol address, date and time, the page requested, the response given, the referring page where the browser supplies one, and the browser’s user-agent string. These exist for security and diagnosis — tracing an outage, finding a broken link, identifying automated abuse.
Basic analytics
We measure which pages are read, roughly how long people stay, which page they arrived from and which country or region the request came from. This is aggregate measurement, used to decide which pages need rewriting. It is not used to build a profile of an individual reader.
Anything you type into an email
If you write to [email protected] we receive your address, your name if you sign it, and the contents. That desk handles this website — corrections, typographical errors, privacy requests and press — monday to friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm et. Calls to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 involve giving an order ID, which is handled as part of fulfilling the order rather than as part of this website.
Please do not email us health information
The website desk is not a clinical service and cannot advise on whether a supplement suits you. Please do not send diagnoses, test results or medication lists. If you do, we will answer the part we can and keep the rest no longer than it takes to reply.
Limits
What this site does not collect
The list of things this website does not do is the more useful list.
- This site takes no payments. There is no checkout on goglycoeden.com. No card number, expiry date, security code or billing address is entered here, because there is nowhere to enter one.
- Orders are placed on a separate marketplace. Every order button leads to a checkout operated by another company, which collects your payment and delivery details under its own privacy policy and terms. We have no access to a card number at any point.

Those are categories rather than names, deliberately. Naming a vendor we had not verified as current would be worse than naming none, which is the standard this site applies to the product it sells. If you need to know which provider handles a category in order to make a request, ask at [email protected] and we will tell you what we can. We sell personal information to none of them, and none is given information about you for their own marketing.
Age
Children under 13
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, carries nothing aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to find it and we will delete it.
The product’s own age limit is higher
It is printed on the bottle rather than invented here. The caution panel reads: “Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.” The label also prints “KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.” This site describes the product as being for adults 18 and over throughout, for that reason.
Retention
How long information is kept, and how it is protected
We do not publish a retention schedule in days, because a precise number we could not stand behind would be the same failing this site criticises elsewhere. The honest qualitative version:
- Server logs are kept for a short operational period — long enough to investigate an outage or an abuse pattern, and not longer as a matter of routine.
- Analytics is aggregate and kept so one year can be compared with the next. It is not a record of an individual.
- Email is kept while the correspondence is live and for a reasonable period after, in case the same question returns.
- Anything we are required to keep is kept for as long as that requirement lasts, and then goes.
Security, and where things are handled
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the inbox and the analytics is limited to the people who need it. We will not claim more than that: no website can promise transmission over the internet is completely secure, and a policy saying so would be overstating its position. This site is published for readers in the United States, and the information described here is handled in the United States.
Rights
Your choices and how to make a request
Several US states have privacy laws giving residents rights over personal information held about them. The details differ from state to state, but they generally include some or all of the following: to know what categories are held and why; to access a copy; to correct what is inaccurate; to delete, subject to the exceptions the relevant law allows; to opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising and of certain profiling, none of which this site does; and not to be treated differently for exercising a right.
We apply this to everyone who asks rather than checking first whether your state’s law requires it. It is simpler, and the volume of information involved is small.
