Order desk — +1 (302) 200-3480
Order desk - orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The desk that can find your order, approve a refund and tell you where a parcel is. Everything on this page runs through it.
Official product information
The published route in full: who to call, where to post it, what to put in the box and how long the money takes once approved.

Quick answer
To claim a GlycoEden refund: call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then post the bottles to 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019 with your full name, the email on the order and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. The website desk at [email protected] cannot see orders, and there is no sales email address at all — anything to do with an order is a phone call.
Five steps
The published route exactly as supplied to us. Where our sources are silent, the later sections say so rather than filling the gap.
It is in the order email, alongside the tracking number. Everything that follows is quicker with it, so start here rather than at the telephone.
Order desk - orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Tell them the order ID and that you are claiming under the money-back guarantee, and note the date you called.
Full name, the email address on the order, and the order ID, written on paper and placed inside the parcel — not only on the outside label, which can be damaged, covered by a carrier sticker or removed.
To 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Keep the receipt and the tracking number.
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. If nothing has appeared once both intervals have passed, call the same number with the same order ID and the return tracking number.
A returned parcel nobody can match to an order. Put your full name, your email and your order ID on a piece of paper inside the box, every time, even if you are certain the desk knows who you are.
Two addresses, one of them wrong
810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9
New York, NY 10019
USA
This is not the office address. The office is at 580 Broadway, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10012. Two addresses in the same city is a normal arrangement and a very easy mistake to make at a post office counter. Read the returns address twice before you write a label.
The reason is mundane: a returns desk receives parcels, not orders, and matching one to the other is only possible if the parcel says who sent it.
The published route begins with a phone call. A parcel that arrives without one is a parcel nobody is expecting, and that is the slowest way to do this.
Timing
| Stage | How long | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| You call the order desk and claim | Same call | You, with the order ID |
| Your parcel travels to the returns address | Not published | The carrier you chose |
| The desk approves and credits the refund | 3 to 5 business days | The order desk |
| Your card issuer posts it to your account | 5 to 10 days | Your bank, not the seller |
Business days and calendar days are not the same unit, and the published wording uses both.
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Those are two separate clocks running one after the other, which is why a refund can feel slow even when nothing has gone wrong. The second is your bank’s, and no seller can shorten it.
Note the row with no number in it. No shipping time is published in either direction, so count from the day the desk tells you the refund is approved rather than from the day you posted the box.
If both intervals have passed and nothing has appeared, call +1 (302) 200-3480 again with the order ID and the return tracking number. That is the whole of the escalation route that exists, and it is worth knowing in advance.
Six contacts
Two published desks, two addresses, and one absence that catches people out.
Order desk - orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The desk that can find your order, approve a refund and tell you where a parcel is. Everything on this page runs through it.
Website desk - pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders. A refund request sent here will not reach anyone who can act on it.
No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead, and the phone line is the route that is actually published. We print that absence rather than leaving you to discover it, because writing to an address that does not exist costs days.
New York, NY 10012. The business address. Not the returns address. Nothing published asks you to post anything here.
New York, NY 10019. Where the bottles go, after you have called, with your name, email and order ID inside the box.
Not a desk here, but the right contact for anything about the ingredients. Neither desk can give medical advice, and neither should try.
The short version: anything about an order is a phone call, and anything about this website is an email. There is nothing in between, and we would rather name that gap than let you find it. All contact details in one place →
The honest section
Four things, worded carefully. Our sources do not contain a clause-by-clause refund policy; they contain a route and a set of requirements. So this is not a list of exclusions somebody wrote down. It is a list of costs that stay with you under the route as published.
Return postage. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. On one bottle that is a small sum. On six glass bottles it is not, and it is worth pricing before you buy a large pack on the strength of the refund promise.
The cost of a parcel that cannot be traced. Proof of delivery is the buyer’s to produce. An untracked parcel that does not arrive is a loss with no route back, and no policy supplied to us says otherwise.
The time the window spends running. It runs from purchase, not from delivery and not from your first dose. That is not a charge, but it is a cost, and it is why our pricing page recommends one bottle first.
Bottles that did not come from this desk. The route is built on an order ID this desk can find. Why that matters →
Whether opened or partly used bottles qualify. Whether the original outbound shipping cost is refunded. Whether any restocking charge or per-household limit applies. None is stated either way in the material supplied to us, so none is stated here. Ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 before you buy if the answer would change your decision.
Six checks
A short list, in the order you will need it.
Count the two intervals separately, then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and the return tracking number. Do not email the website desk about it; [email protected] cannot see orders.
If the money appears for a different amount than you expected, this is where the checkout screenshot earns its keep.
Scope
It is a plain-English description of the published refund route for GlycoEden, written by the GlycoEden Editorial Desk from the material supplied to us: the bottle artwork, the two listing panels and the seller’s detailed pack.
It is not the contract. The terms that bind a purchase are the ones shown on the marketplace listing at the moment you pay, which is why this site asks you to screenshot them. Where anything here differs from what you were shown at checkout, what you were shown at checkout is what counts.
It is not complete, and cannot be. No length of window was supplied to us and we will not print one. The guarantee page sets out where the only figure in circulation comes from and why we declined to repeat it.
It is not a substitute for the phone call. Every step begins or ends at +1 (302) 200-3480. A page cannot approve a refund; a desk can.
If something here is wrong or out of date, email [email protected] with the name of the page. A correction moves the last-updated date forward. That address handles this website only — it still cannot see your order.

The bottle artwork supplied with the product, the seller’s two listing panels, and the seller’s own detailed pack. Where any two disagree, the label wins - which is why this site tells you to take droppers rather than drops.
