An order desk on the phone, a website desk by email, two New York addresses that do different jobs — and one question that belongs with a pharmacist rather than with us.

Quick answer

Anything to do with an order — tracking, a change or a refund — goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Anything to do with this website goes to [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET; that desk cannot see orders. No sales email address was supplied to us. The office is at 580 Broadway, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10012, USA; returns go to 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019, USA, with your name, email and order ID inside the box.

By phone

The order desk: orders, tracking, changes and refunds

If your question involves money, a parcel or a bottle you already own, this is the line.

One number handles everything to do with an order: +1 (302) 200-3480. It is a United States line, it belongs to the order desk, and it is the route the supplied material actually publishes for buyers.

What it handles

  • Orders — anything about an order placed, or one you think was placed twice.
  • Tracking — a tracking number is emailed when an order ships, so check that email first, then ring if it has not arrived or the tracking has stalled.
  • Changes — an address correction or a cancellation, as early as you can. Once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be returned instead.
  • Refunds — the claim starts on this line, with the order ID from your confirmation email.

Have your order ID, the email the order was placed with and the name on the card. If the question is about a bottle you already hold, also have the lot code from the base: the one we hold is GLY-26/GO-6566.

No hours were published for the phone line in the material supplied to us. The published hours we do have, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, belong to the website desk, and it would be a guess to apply them to the phone.

By email

The website desk: pages, typos, privacy and press

The website desk is [email protected], read Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It looks after this website rather than the shop: pages, typos and broken links, privacy requests, and press questions.

What it cannot do

It cannot see orders. That is the sentence on this page most likely to save somebody a week. The website desk has no access to the order system, no way to look up a tracking number, no way to authorise a refund and no way to change an address. An email sent there about an order will be read, within office hours, by somebody whose only possible answer is to ring the order desk.

It also cannot tell you a price or the length of the money-back window, because neither figure was supplied to us. Both are printed on the marketplace listing at the moment you pay, which is why every page here says to read the window there and screenshot it with the date showing.

A gap, named

What is not published: a sales email address

There is no sales email address

No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead, and the phone line is the route that is actually published.

That absence gets its own section because it is easy to misread. A reader who finds one email address on a website reasonably assumes it is the address for everything, emails it about a missing parcel, and waits. Nobody reading that inbox can help with a parcel.

So the map of published routes is short. Anything to do with an order: the phone. Anything to do with this website: the email. Anything to do with a price or a guarantee window: the listing, at the moment you pay. Anything to do with your health: a clinician or a pharmacist, not either desk here. If a sales address is published later this page will carry it; we are not going to invent a plausible one in the meantime.

By post

Two addresses, and why they are different

Office

580 Broadway, Suite 1101
New York, NY 10012
United States

The business address for Goglycoeden, and where correspondence goes. It is not where returns go. A parcel posted here is one the returns desk cannot see.

Returns

810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9
New York, NY 10019
United States

The address for anything you send back. Start the claim on the phone before you post, and keep proof of postage until the refund appears on the card.

Two addresses in one city is an ordinary arrangement rather than a warning sign: correspondence to an office, goods to a returns handler. It matters because postage is at your expense.

Neither is a manufacturer’s address. No manufacturer or distributor address appears anywhere on the bottle artwork supplied to us, which is unusual enough that the label pages say so too.

Returns

What to include when you send something back

Five steps. The one people skip is the second.

  1. Ring the order desk first

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID from your confirmation email. Do this before you post anything, and note the date of the call.

  2. Write three things on a slip of paper

Your full name, the email address the order was placed with, and the order ID. All three go inside the box. A parcel arriving without them cannot be matched to an order, and that is the most common reason a refund stalls.

  3. Pack the bottles properly

They are glass. Whatever the outcome of the claim, a box of broken glass helps nobody.

  4. Post it to the returns address, tracked

810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Tracking is the only thing that proves the parcel arrived.

  5. Keep the tracking number until the money arrives

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Keep the order email too, and the screenshot of the money-back window you took before paying.

The full route is on the refund policy page, and the seal itself on the guarantee page. No window length is published in anything supplied to us, so read it on the listing before you pay.

Decision table

Which desk do I need?

Twelve things people get in touch about, and where each one goes.
What you needWhich deskWhat to know first

Ask what a pack costsThe listing, at checkoutNo pack price was supplied to us, so no page here prints one.
Ask how long the money-back window isThe listing, before you payNo length is published in our sources. Screenshot it, dated.
Report a wrong fact or a typo hereWebsite desk, [email protected]Name the page. A correction moves that page’s last-updated date forward.
Make a privacy request, or ask as pressWebsite desk, [email protected]Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders.
Ask whether this is safe with my medicineA clinician or a pharmacist, not usRead them the four ingredients off the panel. NCCIH says to talk with your health care provider before taking a dietary supplement if you have diabetes, and never to take one instead of your diabetes medicine.
Decide between one dropper and twoThe bottle first, then the order deskThe bottle prints a range and the seller’s panel contradicts it in a different unit. Follow the bottle.
Report a damaged or missing safety sealOrder desk, +1 (302) 200-3480Do not use it — the label says so itself. Ask for a replacement.
Ask for a certificate of analysisOrder desk, +1 (302) 200-3480Reference codes only, lot GLY-26/GO-6566 and certificate GLY-6566-26-GO, with no document behind them.
Say the product did nothing for youBoth, for different reasonsThe order desk for a refund inside the window; the website desk if a page here led you to expect what the label never claimed.

The row worth reading twice is the eighth. Neither desk here is qualified to say whether a supplement is safe alongside a prescription, and neither will try. The ingredient list is short enough to read aloud to a pharmacist in a minute: berberine, bitter melon, ashwagandha and black pepper extract. NCCIH reports that berberine may interact with medicines and that people who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use it, and that ashwagandha carries rare liver-injury reports. The bottle’s own caution says anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first.

Faster answers

What to have ready

Order ID

On the confirmation email. Every order conversation starts here.

The order email

The address the order was placed with, which is not always the one you are writing from now.

The lot code

On the base of the bottle. The lot we hold is GLY-26/GO-6566.

Your screenshot

Of the money-back window, taken on the listing when you paid. Nothing supplied to us states its length.

The page name

For anything about this website. “The table on the pricing page” is enough to find it.

What you want

A refund, a replacement or a correction. Saying which one first saves the conversation.

One more thing to note before you ring about the product rather than the order: which end of the label’s dose range you have been taking. The bottle directs one or two droppers full daily, which are different amounts of the same 200 mg blend and different bottle lifetimes.

Honest limits

The limits of both desks

What neither desk will tell you

Neither desk gives medical advice or can tell you whether this product is appropriate for you. Nothing on this label claims to treat, prevent or manage any condition, US law does not permit a dietary supplement to make such a claim, and no page here makes one either. If you take medicine for diabetes, NCCIH’s guidance comes first and comes in two halves: talk with your health care provider before taking a dietary supplement, and do not take a dietary supplement instead of your diabetes medicine.

Three further things nobody here can give you.

  • A price, in advance. None was supplied to us. The figure you will be charged is on the marketplace listing at the moment you pay.
  • A number of guarantee days. The pack says only that the guarantee is as printed on the listing, and we will not repeat a figure we cannot source.
  • A delivery date. Orders ship from inside the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and tracking arrives in the order email. No shipping time in days is published anywhere in our sources.

All three are gaps in what was supplied to us rather than refusals to answer.

Questions

GlycoEden FAQ: contact questions

Which email should I use?

The website desk at [email protected] handles this site: corrections, privacy and press, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 Eastern. It cannot see orders. No separate sales email address was supplied to us, so the phone line is the published route for anything about an order.

How do I get a refund?

Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Send returns to 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019, USA with your full name, email and order ID inside the box. Return postage is yours, and a tracked service protects you.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you can. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier it has to be returned instead.

What if the safety seal is broken?

Do not use it. The label is explicit: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for a replacement rather than taking the chance.
